Hi, my name is Terrence Zhu. I am a San Francisco State University student
majoring in Psychology, and also I am one of the students in the Dev/Mission Fall 2021 Pre-apprenticeship Cohort program.
You may ask why a Psychology major would take a part in this program?
I would say because other than wanting to learn how humans behave
and think, I am also interested in learning how programming and coding work.
At a very young age, I have been surrounded by technologies like the computer.
From listening to the emergency alert sound made by old school internet, AOL,
and playing the very first generation of the Sims, that was my childhood.
It would be a shame to not know how computers and programming work when being
exposed to technologies at a very young age. Thus, I am here today being a part
of the Dev/Mission Fall 2021 Pre-apprenticeship Cohort program.
